Tactego. A game of hidden ranks.

  • Play the computer

    Choose Easy, Medium or Hard. The opponent runs on your device, so computer games work offline.

  • Pass & Play

    Two players share one iPhone or iPad. A cover between turns keeps each army’s hidden ranks private.

  • Play online

    Turn-based matches with friends or other players through Apple’s Game Center, with achievements to earn.

How we work

Four rules, kept short.

  • Build in small steps

    We develop and test in small steps, checking the rules, the interface and how the game runs on supported devices.

  • The interface is the product

    Design is not a layer on top. How something feels to use is most of what it is, so that is where we start.

  • Collect as little as possible

    Tactego has no ads or tracking across apps. It shares anonymous usage statistics to help improve the game; you can turn sharing off in Settings. The privacy policy explains what is sent.

  • Maintained, not abandoned

    What we publish, we keep working: updates for new OS releases, fixes when something breaks, and a support address that gets read.
